University of Opole — is the leading public university of Poland. It was established in 1994 as a result of merging the leading pedagogical university in the country – the Higher Pedagogical School – with the branch of Lublin Catholic University. It is a member of the EU Socrates-Erasmus project.
University of Opole has eight faculties which closely cooperate with other university divisions and together create a dynamic, modern and versatile scientific and didactic system. The university has huge scientific potential thanks to its experienced employees and also a set of specialized laboratories, information and media centers and considerable library resources.
Besides, Opole constantly expands and enriches its educational programs, sets up cooperation with other research centers and business in the country and abroad, involves its students into foreign training and exchange programs (under Erasmus, Studia Europa Master).
Under the MOU, joint conferences, seminars and other events are held; there is also exchange of scientific information and researches publications, on upcoming scientific, educational and cultural events.
