The solution of the problem of the reinforcement of social connections between
generations on the regional level by the means of creative
and professional collaboration by creating a regional system of academic and
social partnership within a closed social space
The aims of the project are coordinated with a social request to develop open
social spaces, qualitative transformation of access methods to extended
education of different layers of the region's population, broadening of activity
specter of socially active part of the region's population, strengthening of
connections between generations, diversification of educational and business
organizations' cooperation with the direct involvement of governing institutions
The key element in the designed system that ensures the project's effective
realization is social-educational center 'Territory of Opportunities'
based in Minin University
