Students from China, Iraq, Syria, Egypt and other countries have graduated from Russian language Preparatory Course of Minin University. This is a one-year program for foreign citizens who plan to study in Russia, they learn the language and get acquainted with the culture of our country. After successful completion of the course, students receive a certificate of completion, which entitles them to enroll in any higher education institution in Russia without leaving the country.
"This course has two directions - Russian language and subjects of field of study that students plan to study further in their future profession. Our program has only been on the educational market for two years, but vacancies for training are filled quickly. People come to study with us on the recommendation of graduates or through educational agencies with which Minin University has agreements. It is especially pleasant that many young people consciously choose Nizhny Novgorod and Minin University," says the rector of the Nizhny Novgorod Pedagogical University Viktor Sdobnyakov.
The program is structured in such a way as to provide students with a comprehensive immersion in the culture, history and language of Russia. In addition to classroom training, students of the Preparatory Course traveled around the region, visited Nizhny Novgorod theaters and museums, participated in national holidays, traditional entertainment and thematic projects.
"I like living in Russia. I plan to study here. I will enter the Master's program at Mininn University in psychology," said Hussein Sharmen Jader Hussein, a graduate of the Preparatory Course.
