Target audience: foreign citizens and stateless persons who do not speak Russian, planning to study at Minin University or other higher education institutions of the Russian Federation in programs of higher professional education in Russian language.

Applicants Requirements

Foreign citizens and stateless persons with secondary general, secondary vocational or higher education.

To confirm the level of education, it is necessary to provide an education document and (or) qualifications of the appropriate level.

Admission of foreign citizens to the preparatory department is carried out on the basis of training contracts concluded with individuals or organizations, subject to full reimbursement of tuition costs, with the exception of foreign citizens and stateless persons enrolled to the university in accordance with the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Program terms:

Form of study – full-time.

Duration – 8-10 months.

Start date – 1st of October.

At the end of the program students take exams in the Russian language and specialized disciplines. Upon successful completion of the final exams, a Certificate is issued.

 

The tuition fee is set by the University annually. Tuition fee for the entire program: 110,000 rubles*

* The cost of living in a dormitory and other related expenses (visa extension, medical examination and fingerprinting, translations of documents and their notarization, medical insurance, procedure for obtaining a certificate of equivalence of education) are not included in the tuition fee.

The University accepts payments only in rubles and by cards issued by Russian banks. Payment can be made in Sber application.

Step 1

Attach to the application:

  • photograph (color or black and white, photo background – white, matte)
  • scanned color copy of the original passport (the validity period of the passport must be at least 18 months, counting from the start date of classes)
  • scanned color copy of the original education documents and qualifications (diploma + transcript)
  • translation of the passport and educational documents into Russian

Step 2
  • The University reviews your documents for at least 10 working days. If your application is confirmed, an agreement on the provision of paid educational services for an additional general education program will be sent to the e-mail specified in the application form.
  • Print the contract and read the contract carefully.
  • If you find a mistake in your personal information (spelling of name, date of birth, passport number and expiration date, residence address, phone number and e-mail), report it and wait for a corrected version of the contract. If there are no errors, sign the contract. Do not use any color other than blue or purple when signing.
  • Make a color scanned copy of the contract with your signature in PDF format and send it to admissions@mininuniver.ru
  • Once you receive the contract, the university will sign and seal it and send you a scanned color copy.

Step 3
  • Prepare the documents you will bring with you according to the arrival instructions

Important! The University issues an electronic invitation and sends it to the email address you provided on your application along with your arrival instructions!

Step 4
  • After receiving the invitation, print it out.
  • Contact the consular department of the Russian Embassy in your country and apply for a visa. The requirements for documents to obtain a visa are published on the website of the Embassy of the Russian Federation located in your country.
  • Purchase travel tickets to the Russian Federation.
  • After obtaining the visa and purchasing the tickets, inform the university about the date and time of your arrival in Russia and the university at: admissions@mininuniver.ru
