Students, studying Russian language at the preparatory department, took part in a roundtable discussion on the topic “Folk sayings... should we believe in them?” During the meeting students shared information about folk sayings and customs of their homeland.
Students of the Faculty of management, social and technical services participated with great interest in the training on intercultural communication together with students from other universities. Students of Faculty for humanities from China and students of Faculty of natural sciences, mathematics, and computer science from Turkmenistan took part in an essay competition and in a roundtable discussion on "Social networks: communication problems". Participants of the photo exhibition "Dialogue with Nature" showed the audience their best works and told the guests the history of their creation. At the national fair students of Faculty of natural sciences, mathematics, and computer science from Turkmenistan presented dishes of their national cuisine, domestic utensils and arts and crafts. The students demonstrated traditional national costumes, which everyone could try on. Also, students of Minin University actively performed in the gala concert of national cultures: Faculty of physical education and sports students gave a vibrant master-class on Zumba involving the audience, a Chinese student performed a lyrical song in Chinese accompanied by guitar, students from Turkmenistan presented colorful national dance Kushdepdi.
At the end of the festival, participants received letters of gratitude and souvenirs.
