On August 6, the delegation from Huainan Normal University (China) came to Minin University to undergo the program of advanced training courses.
At the opening ceremony the First Vice-Rector of Minin university Dr. Elena Yuryevna Ilaltdinova stressed out that cooperation with Chinese institutions of higher education is the issue of primary importance:
During the last 5 years we have been actively working on internationalization and development of international cooperation. This year 11 educational programs of our university obtained international professional and public accreditation, which confirms the global level of university’s activities.
Advanced training courses for Chinese teachers is a successful series of educational and cultural activities organized annually, since 2015, by Minin university for our partners from another Chinese university - Anhui Normal University (ANU). Our colleagues from China study the structure of Russian education, review experience of Minin university colleagues. This advanced training course program is unique in Russia and is organized in a form of additional international education for our Chinese partners. Recently, a regular program of courses for our Anhui Normal University colleagues has been successfully completed.
Taking into consideration the success of the program, Minin university offered this format of additional education to colleagues from Huainan Normal University. Teachers from China will study Russian education, visit a number of sightseeing attractions of Nizhny Novgorod and the region, see how Minin university realizes collaboration with other universities and schools.
Let us recall, that Minin university realizes a double degree diploma in cooperation with Anhui Normal University. A part from this, our university established the Center for Chinese Language and Culture.

Minin University and Huainan Normal University signed a cooperation agreement in June 2018. Under this agreement, students and teachers of Minin university will have the opportunity to participate in exchange training programs at Huainan Normal University. Moreover, both partner-universities are planning to organize various joint symposia, seminars, conferences and implement joint research programs and projects within the framework of the agreement. Cooperation between Minin university and Huainan Normal University is also aimed at cultural and scientific experience exchange between the participants; advanced training of teachers and scientists.
