The celebration was organized by the student union “Mindswap” on the Leader-ID platform with the support of the teamwork space “The Boiling Point - Minin University”. Ms. Marina Aksenova, Minin university Associate professor, Ms. Anna Merzlyakova, Minin university Associate professor, and Ms. Ekaterina Nikanorova, Minin university senior teacher, were the experts and jury of the event.
Participants of this scientific and cultural seminar presented their creative projects and held out a quiz about traditions of British Christmas.
“The Christmas Spirit” annually brings together about 100 students who study English and it is a long-standing tradition of the Department of Foreign Language Professional Communication. This year, the most active participants were the 2nd year students of majors "English and Chinese" and “English and German/French/Spanish”. They presented various musical and creative performances, quizzes in English and carried out a Bingo game.
