Lifelong advanced education for adult
The school is headed by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Galina Ignatieva – Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation, member of the editorial Board of the journal "Psychology of Learning", included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific editions publishing the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of candidate and Doctor of Sciences should be published, chairman of the Dissertation Council established at the University.
The main goal of the scientific school: to introduce into the system of continuing pedagogical education a technology for advanced training of transprofessionals (andragogs) and development mentors – experts in cultivating through the educational processes of a "man of possibilities", capable of becoming and being a genuine subject of his own life, turning his own life into a subject of practical transformation in the atmosphere of spiritual revival of the Fatherland, focusing on traditional, historically proven values.
The project of the scientific school "Methodology of designing personalized tracks for teacher professional development based on the results of a comprehensive diagnosis of the professional competencies acquisition" was included in the state assignment of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
