Signing of the agreement is the result of an active and interested participation of teachers from the Republic of Moldova in the program of open education courses "In Search of the National Russian Code: Educational Paths", implemented by Minin university under the project of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Victor Sdobnyakov, the Rector of Minin university, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor, and Ms. Alexandra Barbanagra, the Rector of the Ion Creangă Chisinau State Pedagogical University, Doctor of Pedagogics, Professor.

That is why the cooperation agreement between Minin university and the Ion Creangă Chisinau State Pedagogical University that we have signed today, is so relevant and important. I am sure that our work in the field of pedagogical innovations, research activities and academic exchange programs will be useful for both universities”
The priority areas of cooperation within the agreement are:
- development of academic exchange and double degree programs, including master's degree programs on majors “Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language” and “Modern technologies of literary education”, programs of additional education and further professional development;
- organization and realization of internship programs;
- research work and collaboration under the Visiting Professor program.
The agreement signed in a cross year of partnership relations between Moldova and Russia will become an impetus for fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation that will positively and significantly contribute to the sphere of socio-cultural education in Russia and the Republic of Moldova.
