More than 300 participants from more than 20 universities of China, Russia, the USA, France, Germany, Kazakhstan, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and Japan took part in the event. Russia was represented by a delegation of teachers from Minin University.

Students of Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after Kozma  Minin were the first to initiate organizing  tours around the city in English, the idea being shared by other organizations. In total, more than 200 foreign football fans from 14 countries of the world took part in the tours.

A series of events was held on May, 19-20th in the town of Wuhu (Anhui province, PRC) and was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Anhui State Pedagogical University (ASPU, China). The forums were devoted to the questions concerning education, advancing partnership development in the sphere of higher education on the international arena. Minin University took on the role of a co-organiser together with Chinese partners from ASPU.
