Ahmed Ehda aallah Usama Khalifa Sayed is a 3rd year student at the Faculty of design, fine arts and media technologies, whose specialization is graphic design. Ehda came to Nizhny Novgorod from Cairo not that long ago in 2015 but she has already learned the Russian language really well, visited many Russian cities and now she is making plans for the future. From June 28 to July 6 a youth camp was held in the city of Chengdu of the People’s Republic of China. Also, the results of the international videos contest of Association of Universities of ''Volga-Yangtze'' were announced there. 40 Russian students, 22 media groups, including the Minin University student television team “Minin STV”, participated in this event.

On July 4, the third large-scale graduation "Thank you, Minin University!" was held at Minin Square. In 2019, in its 106th educational season, the university gives diplomas to more than 1,600 undergraduate and graduate students. Rector Alexander Fedorov, Minister of Education, Science and Youth Policy Sergey Zlobin, Deputy Head of the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod Lyubov Sachkova, Director of the State TV and Radio Company Nizhny Novgorod Nazariy Zeleny and others took part in the ceremony.
